How do I place an order with Gift Express?
Please browse through the products for the country you wish to have your gift delivered to, when you have selected your gifts, add the gifts to your basket using the add to basket button and click Check Out.

Adding items to your basket?
If you want to order an item from Gift Express, click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your basket, use the "Home" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the Basket icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Do Gift Express accept other payment methods?
You can currently pay by credit card online through the Gift Express website, if you wish to pay by cheque or cash, please use the printable fax form, this is available using the "Fax Form" Link at the top of every page of our Web site.

What do I need to do to use the secure certificate?
Your browser needs to be able to understand SSL and 128bit encryption, to check you can use encryption go to your browser, click on the help menu and click about, this should tell you whether you have encryption enabled.
If you do not have encryption enabled and you are using Netscape click here to download the encryption pack, if you are using Internet Explorer click here.
Once you have installed encryption your browser will notify you when you are entering the secure section of the site, and you will be able to see the padlock icon on the bottom right of your browser window.
